A Stable version of CyanogenMod 9 is now Officially Available for 45 devices | Download Official CyanogenMod 9 ROM

Finally, joy for all CyanogenMod 9 users. CyanogenMod Team has released a stable version of CyanogenMod 9, which is now officially available for all the supported devices that are displayed on the CyanogenMod mirror network. The CyanogenMod is basically for Android ICS based devices, though the CyanogenMod Team has released the CyanogenMod 9 version way back but it wasn’t much stable but now after months of development it has finally landed. Though the nightly and release candidate CyanogenMod 9 builds were available before and they were pretty much stable as well but this is the final release of ICS based CyanogenMod 9 builds.

Along with the release, CyanogenMod team has also announced that there will be no further developments on the CyanogenMod 9 courtesy of Jelly Bean CyanogenMod 10. CyanogenMod 9 though will only receive the updates to bug fixes and apart from that there will no major developments on CyanogenMod 9. Though the team has started working on CyanogenMod 10 and the devices that are compatible with Jelly Bean will surely receive the CyanogenMod 10 in the near future.
